We had some heavy and copious rain Friday into Saturday which temporarily brought local rivers and streams up to the tops of their banks and increased their flow speed.  But conditions are not like they were 3-6 months ago.  There is no standing water nor seepage from higher terrain onto lower road surfaces.  Grass is growing and in need of mowing.  Flowers and trees are budding.
