This report is for the week of 11 - 17 February 2019.  We had 3 days of recorded rainfall for a total of 0.06 inches plus 1 trace day.  There is still water in some of the ditches around the county but many are now dry.  Spring is coming on slowly.  Our first Daffodil bloomed late last week.  The weeds in the grass are very green.  The highlight of the week was seeing a Bald Eagle flying over the marsh.
