Near Normal – lack of rain since12/2 and windy conditions have dried us out. Freezing temperatures resulted in frozen ground and a layer of ice on ponds. Some drainage observed on shallow parts of puddles and ponds.

Most corn crops harvested with isolated/scatted field corn still standing. On trip to Albany Wednesday, observed 2 dead skunks in middle of the road. Deer are grazing in local corn stubble.
