The water level in Hopeville pond is still about 1-2 ft. higher than normal. There is greater recreation on the water with more fishing and boaters along with swimmers and beach goers.  The plants and crops are going strong which has provided abundant food for the wildlife. The water table has been active with all the recent rain because I have had to clean my house water filter twice weekly to remove the sand from my water prior to use.
