Although forecast to be getting rain the next few days, we're still very dry.  Plants and trees will soon begin budding and subsoil moisture is dry.  The past 4-5 months have see below average precip.  Birds are plentiful around my feeders.  Fire danger is moderate now with strong winds, but damp grasses the next few days.  Area lakes continue mostly 1-4.5 feet low with little changes recently.
