After receiving 7 inches of snow early in the week, snow remaining on the ground this last Sat was 3 inches.  Now even that has almost disappeared.  Unfortunately with the frozen ground, the moisture isn't soaking in.  Temps have been extreme from near zero to upper 30's.  It has been shared that the frost is 2 foot deep in areas.
