5/17/26 to 5/24/26: Conditions are mildly wet over the reporting period. Turf gives slightly underfoot, but does not release water. There are a few puddles on lower shaded soil surfaces. Drain tiles 12 to 18 inches are flowing at a very minimal rate. Man made and sinkhole ponds are just below overflow levels. Tensiometer level at 18 inches deep in clay soil has been falling from 26 to 24 centibars (full scale is 100 cb with 50 cb as recommended start of irrigation). ETo turf is 0.05 inches over the reporting period with total precipitation of 1.54 inches resulting in a 1.49 inch excess of rain.
