Rain has been ongoing for the last several days, heavy at times, with short periods of sun. Soil conditions are very wet due to this, which has reduced the fire risk, reduced the dust activity, and kept plants green healthy. Streams and lakes have also been filled, and top (first few inches) soil moisture is estimated at 65% of max wetness.
