Condition Monitoring Report
Station Number: MN-HN-128
Station Name: Robbinsdale 0.6 SSE
Report Date: 5/24/2026
Submitted: 5/24/2026 7:54 AM
Scale Bar: Mildly Dry
Description:
My wish last week was another good soaking Rain, which came over multiple days totaling 1.36”. Lower Temperatures, down to the low 40’s, kept the moisture from drying too quickly. It was visibly effective for all forms of plant life. It was another week of deciding A/C or heat, so there was a little of both.
I love this color of green in the leaves on the trees before they darken. They have a fresh brightness to them.
A lot of flowers have been planted in neighboring yards, and even several homes have added new shrubbery to their yards.
The lake might be a little above normal level, though that could be mis-leading due to the previous dryer than normal seasons. Area residents have joined the City to help clean around different shorelines of water. It’s amazing how much trash and other debris is carelessly discarded by people.
Forecast: High heat starting today with a high of 81°, continuing through the week to the upper 80’s. Only Mostly Sunny skies with no precipitation expected. Light Winds.
