Things were drying out by 22 May, however the 1.59" that was received yesterday and early this morning put the conditions at "Mildy Wet".  The grass is responding with rapid growth, but the center of the yard has gone back to being very wet and draining albeit very slowly to the north. The strawberry plants have flowers, and the Maple Tree is dispersing its "helicopter seeds".
