I am going to describe conditions as on the dry side of "near Normal".  Streams are lower than normal. We have moved into D1 with no significant rain in the past week.  Lawns and yard plants are still doing OK but I imagine that farmers may be concerned.  Total water bans are in effect.  A fox has been visiting my yard a few times so she may have kits to feed.  I hope she catches a wood rat or two!
