Jan. behind 1 and 1/2 ", Febraury good with a surplus of about 2" but back to dry for March ,one of our wettest months, with less tha 1/2" after the first 12 days. Plants and wildlife suffereing.Farm ponds down considerably. Fire warnings are out , burning bans are  in effect.
