Downgraded from Mod Dry to Severely Dry - As of 11/14 0" of precipitation for November, on the way to 2.01" monthly average. August through October months were a total of 3.11" below average. Small ponds are completely dry, with larger 1 ac. ponds nearly dried up. Small creeks are not running and almost completely dry. Most of the corn/beans are harvested; winter wheat and triticale feed winter crops have been planted and germinated but could use rain. Unseasonably warm and very dry conditions continue and no significant precipitation predicted. Bushes and trees may encounter winter kill if things don't change.
