No precipitation this week.  Officially we are in a D0 condition but I suspect we could get worse if there is no rain in the future.  Streams are starting to run below normal.  Luckily there haven't been any significant wildfires in this area despite the dry conditions.  Chipmunks are still running around but we haven't seen any woodchucks.  Robins seem scarce.  I did hear a hawk yesterday - sometimes a couple hang around all winter.  The winter birds haven't arrived yet.
