This multi-day accumulation period was full of thunderstorms and heavy rain. Rain and thunderstorms mainly occurred during the overnight hours of the 5th and 6th. Currently, the temp is 72F with a morning low temp of 66F. The dew point temp is 65F with light rain falling during the rain gauge emptying with 1.18 inches. The skies are overcast with light SW winds at 7 mph. Forecast for the rest of the afternoon calls for showers likely and a possible thunderstorm. Mostly cloudy skies with a high temp near 76F. Tonight, more showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m. and then a slight chance overnight of more showers. The next couple of days look to be stormy and wet with a slight risk of severe weather.
