I observed the 2x rainbow at the end of a pretty strong cell and just before another smaller cell moved into the area. I was crossing a bridge, so I had a pretty unobstructed view. It shown W to E towards the beach. I was about 1.5 miles S of my registered location coming onto Fleming Island. |
