 Light mist and cool breeze while it is 48. High was 60 with a cold biting wind in afternoon. Another atmospheric river due in late tonight slow moving so will be in area for all day tomorrow possibly until Tuesday morning. Ground is saturated so all rain will be run off. Hopefully Oroville spill way will be ok.
