 branches have about 0.1" of ice with snow on the top side and some tiny icicles. Precip at 6:50 am was very light freezing rain - what caught in the folds of the newspaper was totally transparent like tiny ice cubes. Now as I write at 8:28, precip is more like reg snow with flakes of varying sizes.
