 Soaking rain most of the night. South Zapata Creek running past CO150 ~12cfs. (Edit 07/30) - S. Zapata jumped its bank - substantial road flooding where a portion of the creek was running down the major subdivision road. Ute Creek - on the east slope just over the ridge from Zapata Cr went from 30cfs at 6am 7/28 to 182cfs on 7/29. Zapata apparently received rain from the same storm. CoCoRaHS reports from Blanca & Ft. Garland (lower Ute Drainage) were T and 100ths.
