 Total rainfall for TS Fay was 5.71". Several small limbs down. Power transformer sparked at around noon on 8/23 and power line has continued to be down across Highway 105 just south of intersection of Hwy 105 and CR-68 in Clopton. At least 4 trees down, that have been cleared between Clopton and Bertha (hwy 105 & cr-69).
